What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use, on new and ex-UK items alike. It does not cover physical or liquid damage, software problems caused by the user, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear such as battery capacity loss and cosmetic scratches.
If an inspection shows damage that the warranty doesn't cover, we quote the repair first. You are never charged without approving it.

Frequently asked questions
Does the warranty cover the battery?
A battery that fails is covered. Gradual capacity loss is normal wear and is not, especially on ex-UK laptops, where the battery has already been used.
Who pays return shipping?
We do for warranty claims, faulty or wrong items, and orders over KES 10,000. For other returns on smaller orders, return shipping is at your cost.
