Terms of Service

By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on onetechcomputers.com, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Nairobi courts unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. A listing on the site is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. Your order becomes a contract when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before dispatch — for example if a pricing error occurred, stock is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. In such cases we will refund you in full within 5 business days and notify you immediately.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and bundle deals cannot be combined unless explicitly stated on the promotion page.

We currently accept:

• M-PESA (Safaricom Daraja — STK push to your phone)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Bank transfer for orders above KES 50,000 (contact us first)

Payment is due at the time of order. We do not hold items unpaid. Card details are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant gateways and never stored on our servers.

We deliver across Kenya. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — delays outside our control (e.g. courier backlogs, extreme weather) do not constitute a breach of contract.

Risk of loss and title pass to you when the courier delivers the item and obtains a signature or delivery confirmation. If you're not available, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification card.

All products sold by OneTech carry a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use. Specific products may carry longer warranties — these are stated on the product page.

Warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, software issues caused by the user, damage from unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear (battery capacity degradation, cosmetic scratches).

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@onetechcomputers.com with your order number and a description of the fault.

All content on this site — product images, descriptions, logos, UI design, and software — is owned by OneTech Computers Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of manufacturers (HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Microsoft) belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, OneTech's liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered accounts. The version date at the top of this page always reflects the currently operative terms. Your continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
