Ex-UK explained
"Ex-UK" means a used device imported from the UK market, usually a business laptop returned from a company or lease. It is not brand new and not manufacturer-refurbished. Every OneTech listing states new or ex-UK and the condition grade up front, and ex-UK items carry our 6-month minimum warranty.

What ex-UK means
UK companies, schools and public bodies replace their laptops on fixed cycles. Those machines are sold on, imported and resold as "ex-UK". They are typically business models such as HP EliteBook, Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad.
- Ex-UK: used, imported from the UK, checked before listing.
- Refurbished: rebuilt and re-certified (by the manufacturer or a certified refurbisher).
- New: unused, with the manufacturer's warranty.
What to expect
- Light cosmetic marks, depending on the grade on the listing.
- A battery that has been used and holds less than a new one.
- Hardware a few generations older than the newest models, at a much lower price.
