Payments: M-PESA, cards and pay on delivery
Pay with M-PESA (approve the request on your phone), by card or mobile money on Paystack's secure page, or on delivery where offered. Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include VAT. If a payment fails or times out, you are not charged and your order details are kept so you can try again.

Prices and confirmation
All prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or, for pay on delivery, once we confirm it with you). Promotions and discount codes can't be combined unless the promotion says so.
If a payment fails
- An M-PESA request that expires or is cancelled does not charge you. Send a new request or choose another method.
- If you entered your PIN but the order didn't confirm, wait for the M-PESA SMS, then contact us with your order number. Don't pay twice.
- If we cancel an order before dispatch (for example a pricing error or no stock), we refund you in full within 5 business days.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. M-PESA payments are approved on your own phone with your PIN, and cards are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your PIN or card details.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. You get an order confirmation by SMS, and by email if you gave one. M-PESA also sends its own confirmation SMS.
