Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been packed yet. Email support@onetechcomputers.com or WhatsApp us on +254 708 405 238 as soon as possible with your order number. Once packed, the order follows our standard returns process.
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save your address, view order history, manage your wishlist, and access faster checkout on future purchases. You can create an account at any point during checkout or from the sign-in page.
