How to pay with M-PESA, card or on delivery

The short answer
At checkout choose M-PESA, card or mobile money through Paystack, or pay on delivery where available. With M-PESA we send a payment request to your phone: enter your PIN and the order confirms automatically. If a request fails or times out, you are not charged and can try again.

Paying with M-PESA
Choose M-PESA and confirm your number
Use the Safaricom line you want to pay from. It does not have to be the delivery number.
Approve the prompt on your phone
A payment request appears on your phone. Check the amount and enter your M-PESA PIN.
Wait for the confirmation
Keep the checkout page open. It updates by itself, usually within a minute, and you get an SMS from M-PESA.
No prompt? Check that the phone is on, unlocked and has signal, then use "Send a new request". If a request expires, you were not charged.
Paying by card or mobile money (Paystack)
Choose Paystack and you are taken to Paystack's secure payment page to pay by card or mobile money, then returned to us. We confirm the payment with Paystack directly before your order is confirmed, so nothing you see in the browser can mark an order paid by mistake.
If a payment fails
- Your order and details are saved: you can retry, change the number or switch method.
- Never pay twice for the same order. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, check your SMS, then contact us with the order number.

Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to pay online at OneTech?
Yes. M-PESA payments are approved on your own phone with your PIN, and card payments are made on Paystack's page. We never see your PIN or card details.
